Further explanation, and an inside look, into the contracts that I am working with - for the edification and education of whomever chooses to be taught or edified.
14.0 Slave Signature
As this is a document that has been sent through the email, with the express purpose of forming a relationship between this man, and the woman who has signed below, as Mistress, the typing of his name and information into this document is considered as valid as an electronic signature, with the understanding that when the slave and Mistress are both dwelling in the same Real Estate, a contract will also be signed and notarized between them, before the slave signs over his property or allows the Mistress access to his bank accounts further than has been allowed via section 3.1 of this contract. This is for the sake of slaves who are long distance and who want something signed and in place before they relocate. I am fine with altering it and can think of a few ways to do so. Such as a simple Letter of Intent, instead of a signing of the full documents. Or, the slave moving and then making it 4- 30 day periods rather than one period before moving and three- 30 days periods after moving. Or, a letter of intent and then 4-30 day periods. Or, for the slave who is ultra confident, simply a one-time signing of both documents (where we both have them notarized), and then him relocating. I am also willing to consider other options, if you have thought of something. Here is what is not negotiable: There must be a contract, bare minimum, that defines the relationship and definitely states that you asked for/sought out this type of relationship and entered into it of your own free will.
And, that, is, pretty much, that. Yes, there is also a Mistress' Statement and signature; but, those do not need explanation beyond what has already been explained. Next up, Confidential Basic Training Protocols

The point of the slave statement, as exampled below, is so that the slave states some basic facts as regards him having knowledge of the tone of the relationship, having asked to participate in the relationship, being willing and eager to be in the relationship, wanting the relationship with this particular person, and, having every intention for the relationship to be legal in the eyes of the law.
This, as it is written in the contract, is a sample. It is meant to be a statement from you, though, not a vow. Therefore, a statement that is written by you, which hits the same basic points, is much better. However, if this does hit the right points for you, a simple rewriting or addition, may be all that is required. Something to personalize it.
13.0 Slave Statement
I have read and fully understand this contract in its entirety. I agree and accept this claim of ownership over my physical body, spiritual person, mental health, and finances. I understand that I will be commanded, trained and punished as a slave, and I promise to be true and to fulfill the pleasures and desires of my Mistress to the best of my abilities. I understand that I cannot withdraw from this contract except as stated in this contract. I understand that slavery is not legal in the United States of America, and I do not seek to commit an illegal act, but, to establish myself in a willing, consensual, legal relationship that I prefer to be described as my being a slave to a Mistress.
As a free man, who has the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, who is sound in mind and body, I enter into this contract as a document which defines a relationship, by type, of which I wish to participate; and, which defines particulars of a specific relationship that I have asked to be a part of, participated in the creation of a contract for, and have chosen my partner for.
I want to belong to Mistress Arletta, as much as is legally possible to belong to her, for my own pleasure, as I am not happy unless owned and Mistress Arletta is the Mistress who will own me fully. In this respect, I am now asking her, by the signing of this contract, to accept me as her slave, for now and for as long as she will have me and care for me as a slave should be cared for. I not only accept that punishment may happen, but, I ask for it, welcome it, hope to be controlled and punished to a significant degree as the Mistress does see fit, and I have asked, repeatedly, to be controlled and punished as she sees fit, during the negotiations of this contract.
I understand that I am responsible for everything listed within this contract. Mistress Arletta is everything to me and my purpose in life is to please her and make her life easier. I will obey her every command, without question or hesitation, and I understand that failure to do so will result in punishment, which may be as light or as severe as Mistress Arletta prefers.
I will strive to learn her likes and dislikes, her needs, wants, and what displeases her. I am responsible for her pleasure, and I will do my utmost to be a good, faithful, tireless slave who thinks of Mistress Arletta before everyone else, outside of Heaven. Please note, atheists, that you are not actually required to think of anyone inside of Heaven. Just to think of me above your family, friends, random strangers, and etc. For those who do believe in God, Jesus, etc. they should think of them first, me second. She will not have to order me to perform a task, once it is established as my duty, wasting her time on trivial details. I will do them automatically, as I understand they are my duty, and I willingly enter into these duties and this contract with no hope for my own pleasure, except that I may be allowed to enter into the pleasure of Mistress Arletta by my labors.

It is excessively annoying to have to type this out all over again, because of it being deleted after I posted it - so, let me make the point, again: I am not posting these bits of contract and explanation to try to lure someone in to a transaction. I am posting them because many people have asked to see them, asked for explanations and examples of contracts, etc. So, kindly do not interrupt THEIR good time, or waste MY time, simply because YOU do not like what you are reading. You have a choice in the matter, after all, which, if exercised, would save us all much time and trouble: you could choose simply not to read these postings.
11.0 The Fundamentals of Future Relations
The Mistress may act, inside and outside the bounds of the contract, in regards punishment, chores, or other subjects which are touched on within the contract which do not directly affect the actual tone of the relationship. In other words, I may choose to do something different than what the contract stipulates, if, by doing so, it preserves the integrity of the relationship. IE: I might decide to sell the house that was purchased, but, I'd still make sure there was a dwelling of some sort; I might choose to cease training the slave, for a time, due to illness or personal issues that crop up - but, he would still be a slave, still expected to obey, etc. Life is an on-going process. A good part of being a Mistress is taking life in stride and doing one's best to keep order despite what it throws at you.
The Mistress will form, plan, or otherwise bring into fruition a plan for this slave, beyond this contract, using this contract as a guideline, after the point at which this contract is signed electronically, which will be altered freely to suit the current needs of the Mistress; some of which will be in writing and some of which may be in verbal order. The slave will obey verbal orders, the same as written orders, and will write them down for himself, if the slave cannot otherwise remember them. In other words, these contracts are not about duty, training protocol, living protocol, etc. They are only about legal aspects, financial aspects, acceptance of roles, and setting the tone of the relationship. Whatever comes after them is in regard to setting rules and duties, further setting the tone, etc.
The slave will be bound by the written and verbal orders of the Mistress, even if the orders should contradict the contents of this contract, except where the slave veto applies, as the slave has accepted ownership of himself by the Mistress, and more than accepting has asked to be owned by the Mistress, with the understanding that the relationship is not a static state of being, but a thriving partnership of a certain type. I know, it is a bit confusing. It all goes back to tone. The contract sets the tone, with its stipulations, but, we may come up against a reality that is in contrast to what the contract states. So, we muddle through - you following me, me guiding you. So long as the basic integrity of the relationship holds, with everyone full of good intentions, trying to do their best to stay within the bounds of the contract, and to return to it post haste, well, sometimes, that is the best that can be done. However, this is written more for the sake of emergencies, such as natural disasters, wars, etc.
The Mistress will take into consideration the changing emotional, familial, financial and health needs, issues, or obligations of the slave, and alter his duties and obligations in accord with these, as she perceives the need. Because, obviously, a slave who is ill has different abilities and needs than a slave who is well - for instance.
12.0 In Case of Emergency
As both slave and Mistress are human and given to frailties of the species, it is stipulated that, immediately after the signing of this contract, for the 90-day anniversary of the Mistress and slave dwelling together or in near proximity, when this contract becomes fully validated
A. The slave will create a legally binding Will which states that upon his death, all his possession (money, vehicle, books, real estate, or whatever they may be) will go to the Mistress.
B. The Mistress will create a legally binding Will which, upon her death, gives the slave the keys and/or the combination to a safe that the Mistress has set aside for him which will have those items she has left the slave by which he may move forward with his life, including his ID of whatever sort, and the keys to his chastity device.
The Mistress, by her own determination, is agreeing to set aside approximately 20 percent of all earnings of this slave, after taxes, toward his possible future needs and his possible current needs. When the slave withdraws money from this, or when money is added to this, it will be recorded in some sort of ledger, and balances will be kept up to date. Upon the termination of this contract, for whatever cause, the monies set aside for the slave will be released to him. Until such a time, the monies and ledger will be kept within the aforementioned safe. In actual fact, I am okay with the slave keeping the money in his own bank account, and being limited to spending with permission. However, some slaves feel that they cannot do this, so, my holding their money for them is an option. So, yes, this is negotiable to some extent. What is not negotiable is that money will be set aside - you must have some money set aside. Obviously, if you need to pay child support, more money must be set aside. So, one must consider the fullness of one's needs, when contracts such as this come into play.
C. In case of Section 10.1 being activated, wherein the slave has removed himself from the home of the Mistress with the intention of forming another relationship where he is owned by another person, or in which he is legally married, the slave may alter the Will to suit his new lifestyle, even if the Mistress has nor formally released him, and, even though he is still beholden to her, by contract, to submit weekly payments. At this time, he may also pay for the Mistress to alter her Will, so as to remove those items regarding him which are no longer necessary to include. It is at the discretion of the Mistress if her Will shall be altered, and it is at her discretion if the slave will pay for said alteration, and is not at the discretion of the slave, in either case. In other words, if the slave runs off and gets married, for instance, he can alter the Will to leave everything to his wife; but, he still is obligated to make weekly payments. Running away does not excuse duty. Being excused does. |

The continuing explanation of the second contract that I am working with, posted here for the sake of those who wish to 'learn' me, or who simply wish to learn.
11.0 The Fundamentals of Future Relations
The Mistress may act, inside and outside the bounds of the contract, in regards punishment, chores, or other subjects which are touched on within the contract which do not directly affect the actual tone of the relationship. In other words, I am the Mistress, and, therefore, free to set the rules as I feel they need to be set, in all ways - except that, if I grant you certain concession via the contract, I will not go beyond them without discussion and alteration of the contract through addendum. However, if, say, your contract says that you are allowed to visit your family on December 25th, from 8 am - 5 pm, and it turns out that your family is meeting for a ski weekend, starting on December 23rd at 7 am - December 27th, ending at an indeterminate time, I am certainly free to give you permission to attend the whole time if I feel like it. If the contract says that you are to be in chastity and then you develop a nasty rash and we realize you need to heal and then be switched to another device, then, I am free to make that choice without having to rewrite the contract to indicate plans have changed for the next week. In other words, reasonable, temporary changes or concessions that are not with an intention to make a dramatic change.
The Mistress will form, plan, or otherwise bring into fruition a plan for this slave, beyond this contract, using this contract as a guideline, In other words: this contract does not encompass your training, the protocols, any plans for fun times, to cage or not to cage, etc. This is about the TONE of the relationship and a few particulars regarding the basic housing, shelter, financial, possessions areas of life. The rest is not by contract - the rest is what occurs within the relationship that is defined by this and the first contract. after the point at which this contract is signed electronically, because I am not going to waste my time writing out rules for you to follow, deciding what duties you will perform, etc. before I actually own you. After I own you, I may try you out in various ways of living, various duties, and decide how I like you best. which will be altered freely to suit the current needs of the Mistress; some of which will be in writing and some of which may be in verbal order. The slave will obey verbal orders, the same as written orders, and will write them down for himself, if the slave cannot otherwise remember them.
In other words, this contract, by tone binds us both, but, by any absolute actions binds only you, because it is a slave contract, not a Mistress contract. The tone is that I will train you and you will be trained, I will own you and you will be owned, I will be obeyed and you will be obedient, you will be property and you will be cared for and maintained so as to stay useful and productive, that you are allowed to maintain contact with family and friends - but the actual particulars of these things, the functional aspects of bringing them to fruition, may change as I see fit, so long as the relationship is not fundamentally altered. IE: If it says we will live together, but, I want to travel to Europe without you, nothing is fundamentally changed and there is every intent of us living together, just not in this same dwelling during an extended vacation for me.
The Mistress will take into consideration the changing emotional, familial, financial and health needs, issues, or obligations of the slave, and alter his duties and obligations in accord with these, as she perceives the need. Obviously, if the slave comes to me as a young, healthy man who can work 16 hour shifts, but, he, then develops cancer and can't quite make it out of bed every morning, there will need to be alterations of duties. If he is using his money for chemo, there will need to be alterations of obligations. I am not one of those sick people who will throw a slave out for daring to be human and falling ill. Slaves who are ill, unless there is no other choice, are slaves to be cared for until they are better. Slaves who need to care for their family are not slaves to be punished or held to the same obligations, so, if your mother became ill, your ex-spouse died and you got full custody of your kids, you lost your job, or, whatever - if things changed, then I would need to take the changes into consideration and decide if an alteration of the contract was necessary, or release of the slave, or simply a weathering-through of problems. |

Further explanation of the contracts I am working with, for the sake of clarification (for some), and, education for whomever chooses to utilize it so.
9.0 Alteration of Contract
This contract may not be altered, once signed, except when both Mistress and slave agree. If the contract is altered, every and any alteration must be clearly signed and dated. This is not negotiable. I expect slaves to have their own minds - it means nothing for people who will not think, who have no desires of their own, to follow you and do as you say. It means a lot, when it is strong, healthy, unbroken people who do it because they respect you, have loyalty to you, and have love for you. I want your agreement, not your abject capitulation.
10.0 Termination of Contract
This contract may be terminated at any time by the Mistress, but never by the slave, except under special conditions explained within this contract. Therefore, be very careful reading it and signing it. Make sure you understand. Discuss your concerns. Ask for what you NEED. This is serious business. Upon final termination, all physical evidence of the slavery, including this contract, will be destroyed, and all materials and belongings in, of, or as the Real Estate shall belong to the Mistress, to be shared or kept as she sees fit. Final termination being after we have gotten to the point where property is as divided as it is going to get, payment periods are ended, etc. And, physical evidence would be related to anything where it is provably you or me, involved. If someone wants to keep a photo of someone else, where nothing can be proven that it is related to this sort of relationship, or at least it cannot be proven who it is, or wants to keep journal entries that only say 'Mistress' or 'slave' about the other person, that is unimportant. The slave, owning nothing, from the time this contract is signed and dated by the slave, and having agreed to give up all worldly possessions and body to the Mistress, barring what the Mistress has allowed the slave to retain, shall once again own their body, but, nothing else, except as the Mistress has chosen to allow them to retain or has determined to return to them. Which means if I tell you that you can keep your former home, your vehicle, and your wonderful collection of Sesame Street memorabilia, when you come to me, you can also take them with you if you leave (assuming they still exist by that point and that I have not, since then, appropriated them. Therefore, if they are that important to you, get it in the contract!). However, if I have purchased you clothing, bedding, furniture, etc. for use as my slave, these things are now mine because they were purchased for a slave. If you want them, you have to ask nicely and I will consider. This is vitally important for you to remember, for other reasons, too. Like, for instance, many persons get all upset over the thought of a Mistress allowing a slave to sleep in a comfy bed. 'If I have a comfy bed,' they will say 'It teaches me nothing about humility.' Silly people! It's my bed. You're just sleeping in it. And, it teaches you a lot, if you misbehave to the point where you are ordered to pack your bed into storage and have to sleep on the floor for a while. Get it?
10.1 Unwilling Termination of Contract
As both parties are aware that this is a consensual relationship, wherein the slave has agreed to obey the Mistress as a slave, but, where he is still, in actual fact, an adult with full legal rights, dwelling in a country where actual slavery is illegal, it must be acknowledged that there could come a time when the slave chooses to leave, due to health reasons, familial obligation, to serve another Mistress, or for some, as yet, unforeseen reasons.
A. If this is the case, that the slave, despite the agreement, chooses to terminate this relationship, whether through running away from the Mistress, making it clear his affections lie with another Mistress, or for whatever reason it may occur that the relationship is terminated at the behest of the slave, then the slave agrees, by the signing of this contract, to pay the Mistress the equivalent of alimony or palimony by the payment of the same amount as is specified as weekly payments in the Training Consultation Agreement; meaning, the weekly payment will double, as punishment for his bad choices. Keep in mind, this is in a situation where the slave has not come to me as a person who has made a reasonable request and waited for my response; or, where the slave has refused to accept my response. If a slave came to me with a reasonable request to go care for his sick mother or to be allowed to pursue a romantic relationship, humbly, as a person who knows he belongs to me, that would be a very different subject.
B. The slave will continue to make these payments, regardless of the reason that the relationship has been terminated at the behest of the slave rather than the Mistress, until such a time as the Mistress has released him, through signed, notarized statement, from this obligation. Relief from double payments will be granted when the Mistress feels the slave has been adequately punished and/or when the slave has returned to his duties and/or, if the Mistress is agreeable, when the slave has been properly humbled and humiliated, in some other fashion. If the slave is released from double payments, or all payments, with money still owing, he will have to continue to pay that - unless I release him from that, as well. And, I will be keeping track of the payments. This is mainly to make you think twice about being raided, because many fine-seeming Mistress types will come along and try to beguile a worthwhile slave, and they do so love to inconvenience other Mistresses by stealing their slaves. Well, if they try to steal mine, they will have their bodies, perhaps, but, they will be supporting them because the slave will still be serving me financially, and doubly, until he is returned, and, upon this matter, I can take him to court, citing her as a leading cause in his breach of contract, and I can likewise sue her. Therefore, it is hardly worth the while of Mistresses to go near my slaves without my permission, especially as the majority of them are chicken shites who would be far too ashamed to have to bold-faced admit to being into bdsm and slave ownership in a court of law. I am not.
C. The slave belonging to another Mistress, having changed residences, or the Mistress having taken on other slaves, will not alter the conditions of this contract.
D. Whereas the role of slave is not legally binding, the role of a man who is in a relationship wherein he has promised to serve the woman, by paying her bills, buying her clothing and furnishings, and all other means possible by which he may pamper or care for her, is legally binding in a court of law, by the signing of this contract, as is the understanding of both the slave and Mistress. If the slave refuses to make double payment, or to humble himself, or to return to his duties (as the Mistress prefers) the Mistress is free from obligation of confidentiality, so as to pursue civil prosecution and palimony payments. The slave agrees that in such a case, he would be obligated to pay all legal fees of both himself and the Mistress. All of which further makes the point I explained above: It is simply not worth the slave's time and energy to try to run away, and it is not worth the time and energy of any other Mistresses or Masters to try to lure them away. I have a lot of experience, thanks to a horrible marriage and a long, drawn out, custody battle. I do keep notes, including date and time, and I am not ashamed of what I do or how I live. Screw with me, and I will not make ineffectual threats - I will take your arse to court, sue the pants off of it, and then write a book all about the whole debacle, naming names and showing photos. Don't screw with me!
10.2 Revision of Contract
Upon , or near, the yearly anniversary of the 90-day signing of this contract, which signing has fully validated this contract, the slave and Mistress will set aside time in celebration of their anniversary. During this celebration, the slave may speak freely, so that the Mistress and slave may discuss this contract and whether it needs to be altered. The Mistress may initiate this action at other times, throughout the year, but, this is the only time in which the slave has the opportunity to request the contract to be terminated, for good cause, which he will share with the Mistress, which does not fall under the slave's veto. If the contract is terminated, at the behest of the slave, during this anniversary celebration, the rules of Section 10.1 Unwilling Termination of Contract apply, minus the doubling of the payment; but, the Mistress may not refuse the slave's request, otherwise. Now, let me make this point. If a slave came to me and said 'Mistress, my son is ill, he is in the hospital. May I go home and spend time with him?' and we discussed it, and determined it best for the slave to go, that he could take the time off work, have however long he needs to spend time with his son, etc. that is not the same thing as the slave asking for the contract to be terminated. He is still my slave until, and if, he is released. But, if this is still going on and it is the anniversary, then, he can ask for release due to the long term nature of the absence and the awkwardness of long distance relationships. It would be good cause. However, he doesn't have to do any such thing. This is not about allowing the slave to top from the bottom, and, it certainly is not about an inability to control anyone - it is simply that life happens. It is reasonable to allow someone who came to me, of their own free will, to leave if there is a good reason for the leaving.
